Peter commenced his property career in 1988 specialising in commercial property management.
Throughout his career, he has prided himself on customer service and has managed and leased a wide range of properties from small strata units to large office complexes and retail centres in Perth including QV1, Central Park, enex 100 and Forrest Chase.
Peter’s career has seen him work for private individuals, banks and corporate clients in Perth, interstate and overseas.
In 2022, Agencia Property was established with a focus on providing clients with property solutions and the highest level of service in all aspects of commercial property management.
Peter holds degrees in science, education and property and is a Triennial Licence holder.
Tom Nattrass
Director, Sales and Leasing
Tom is a commercially focused real estate professional with over 24 year’s experience in sales, leasing and property management.
His experience encompasses the provision of strategic and transactional advice on all aspects of commercial and residential property including asset management, acquisitions, leasing and divestment. This has involved appointments on behalf of REIT’s, receivers & managers, state and local government bodies and private investors.
Tom has a strong focus on good governance, is driven by his values, and is motivated to deliver the best outcomes in everything that he does.

Portfolio Manager
Stacey is a seasoned professional, bringing over 15 years of experience in commercial property management. Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a portfolio of multi-tenant office buildings, retail centers, industrial warehouses, and other mixed-use assets. She works closely with tenants and property owners to resolve issues quickly, manages budgets effectively, and always aims to enhance tenant satisfaction, and asset value growth.
She brings a strategic, hands-on approach, overseeing everything from lease negotiations and budget forecasting to capital improvement projects. She has built long-lasting relationships with owners, tenants, and key stakeholders. Whether revitalising underperforming assets or maintaining high-occupancy trophy properties, she consistently strives to deliver results that align with her client’s goals.
Stacey holds a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate Services, and continues to stay current with industry trends, and best practices.
Audrey Pang
Commercial Property Manager
Audrey has a proven track record in property marketing, leasing, and shopping centre management. She leverages her expertise to enhance leasing strategies, attract high-quality tenants, and implement effective asset management practices to maximize property returns.
With a deep understanding of the property market, Audrey excels in negotiations, securing the best outcomes for property owners. She takes a strategic, results-driven approach to commercial property management, overseeing day-to-day operations, coordinating maintenance, tracking critical lease dates, managing rent collections and reviews, and ensuring lease compliance—all with the goal of optimizing occupancy and income.
Audrey holds qualifications in Property Services, an MBA and a Certificate of Registration in Real Estate Services.

Sara Mulrennan
Accounts & Admin Manager
Sara Anne has been with Agencia Property since its inception, she has years of hands-on experience in all aspects of property management and successfully oversees the management of Agencia’s residential properties including leasing, tenant relations, maintenance coordination, and financial management.
From managing office operations with precision to navigating complex financial systems with finesse, Sara Anne’s comprehensive knowledge of property management practices, coupled with strong financial and analytical skills allows Agencia to deliver results for our clients.
Sara Anne holds a BA Honours Degree in Accounting complemented by a Diploma in Office Administration and Certificate of Registration in Real Estate Sales.
Jodie lam
Commercial Trust Account Manager
Jodie has over 20 years of accounting experience having commenced in residential real estate and then progressing to commercial real estate.
Jodie spent over 16 years working in the area of trust accounts managing a portfolio which included over 100 strata, residential and commercial managements.
Jodie holds an Advanced Diploma in Accounting.

George Rizk
Senior Facilities Manager
George is a qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in managing facilities, in Australia and overseas.
George joined the Agencia team in January 2024, following several roles with high profile hospitality venues working with the Marriot Group and IHG in Australia and internationally.
George was most recently the Complex Director of Engineering with the Aloft and Westin Hotels in Perth and prior that held several roles in engineering and facilities management in Perth, Melbourne, Sydney, Nigeria and Lebanon.
He is passionate about introducing sustainability models into the day-to-day operations and has extensive expertise in developing efficient maintenance plans to ensure optimised, safe, purpose fit and cost-effective operations.
As well as being a qualified Mechanical Engineer, George is also a Certified Asset Management Associate, NABERS Accredited Assessor and Carbon Neutral Accredited Assessor.
richard bergmeier
Facility Manager – CBD and West Perth
Richard is a seasoned professional with many years of experience in Facility Management.
Prior to his role with Agencia, Richard was employed by Lloyd Collins Property Consultants for over 14 years. Prior to this Richard successfully operated his own building company, Midcity Building Maintenance for over 30 years which undertook maintenance work on commercial and residential properties. Midcity completed small maintenance jobs through to large construction and renovation projects catering to the needs of clients throughout Perth.
Richard’s wealth of experience, direct approach to problem solving and proven track record make him a valuable asset in the field of Facility Management for Agencia Property.
CRAIG CLARKE
Facility Manager – 500 and 502 Hay Street, Subiaco
Craig has a wealth of experience in Facility Management and Security across various properties. With a keen eye for detail, Craig ensures a high level of quality control across all facets of building operations, including essential services, compliance, WH&S, preventative maintenance and contractor services.
Craig is known for his ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with contractors, management teams, and tenants, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
